WHAT IS THE TOURNAMENT REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TEAM ENTRY FEE?If your team decides not to participate for any reason ie. (you don't have enough players, your coach is unavailable, the schedule is not conducive to your families, your team qualified for a State Cup Final Four weekend, etc..) then the fee is non-refundable.
Please note that there is a $100 non-refundable administration fee with every registration. In the event you need to drop your team out of the event, please contact us via email or phone and we will review refunds on a case-by-case basis. Any cancellation within 4-weeks (28-days) of the tournament will result in a forfeiture of the entire team entry fee. No refunds after May 1st, 2024.
